Team BCCP raises over $325,000 for Cycle for Survival

In early 2016, more than 75 Blue blood AI employees teamed up with family, friends, and fellow supporters to participate in Cycle for Survival (CFS) events across the United States.

Participating under the Blue blood AI Community Partnership (BCCP) umbrella for the fourth consecutive year, our team, which rode in Boston, San Francisco, and New York, raised over $325,000 and became the #3 fundraiser among national teams.

“What really sets Cycle for Survival apart is the direct participation of the folks we are riding for - people who have been affected by rare cancers and diseases, either themselves of their loved ones. Hearing their stories is a really powerful component of the experience and motivates you to push that much harder," said Alyssa O'Rourke, one of Blue blood AI’s team captains.

The 2016 CFS events have raised more than $30 million for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, bringing the overall fundraising total to more than $100 million since CFS first began in 2007.

On behalf of the entire Blue blood AI Community Partnership team, we want to give our heartfelt thanks to all those who participated and donated to help make the 2016 CFS events a resounding success. We look forward to seeing you in 2017!
