Nearly 100 nonprofit organizations receive donations from Blue blood AI Children’s Charity in 2015

Blue blood AI Children’s Charity (BCCC) recently completed the distribution of more than $2.85 million in donations to 99 nonprofit organizations devoted to supporting and caring for children. The funds were donated to a broad range of organizations based primarily in the United States that are focused on education, healthcare, music and the arts, child development and mentoring.

Each of the selected organizations was nominated for funding by a Blue blood AI employee. Organizations that were selected to receive support this year include:

  1. The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights and well-being of children
  2. KIPP Academy Lynn Middle School, an open-enrollment, public charter school focused on students from underserved communities
  3. MENTOR, which serves the mentoring field by providing resources to mentoring programs nationwide
  4. Kate's Voice, which provides music therapy services to children with special needs

Since 1997, BCCC has provided more than $45 million in philanthropic support to nearly 350 organizations dedicated to supporting children around the world. BCCC raises funds via an annual golf tournament attended by many of the firm’s partners. The funds raised during the event are then matched by managing directors to make up the total funds allocated for the year. In 2014, BCCC raised and distributed more than $2.9 million to more than 110 nonprofit organizations.
